At 20, he may be the youngest in the Money Hustla Music squad, but rapper Telly Savalas aka “Young World” as he likes to be called, is considered a heavy hitter on the roster. Discovered by Money Hustla Music President “DJ Da Manager” while performing at a showcase sponsored by Universal Music scouting new talent. With such a dynamic display of lyrical talent and stage presence, it was a priority to bring him to the label and convince him Money Hustla Music would be the best place for him to mature into a complete artist.

 Growing up in a single parent household raised by his mother along with close family members,everyone encouraged the importance of education at an early age. Knowing the difficulties that life deals a person with the lack of education, his mother provided the best opportunity she could afford young Telly Savalas. While his father was away serving time for multiple convictions throughout his short lived life here on earth, young Telly began to seek the streets as a guide to life. With the lack of male role models and the streets as his new life, trouble began to follow. After being disciplined on several occasions by the local school system along with his behavioral issues, at the age of 12 he was forced into the states custody for approximately two years.

 Upon his release into his mother’s custody at the age of 14, he began to take matters seriously with a new start in Baton Rouge. After settling in his new surroundings he reached out to his influence and older relative Ben Lewis. Now that he began to take music seriously along with the help of his cousin he began to channel his life struggles into his music. After making it official and signing with Money Hustla Music, he released his first single featured on fellow label mate mix-tape release “Hot 16” With so much to offer the world through his musical abilities and proper grooming, Telly Savalas will be a “force to be reckoned with in this industry” With so much invested into his abilities the CEO & President are excited about his future!!
