Linda R. McMillian holds both a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Organizational Management and Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southern University in New Orleans. She is a PD Specialist and past-Council Representative with the Council for Professional Recognition which allows her to administer and verify the procedures and documents required for CDA (Certified Development Associate) assessment for other centers. She is a Director IV and a Louisiana Pathways Trainer III.

 

Finally, she is a trainer and facilitator for Agenda for Children, a State Childcare Agency. Linda’s focus at the center is on local, state, and federal compliance and reporting. She’s also charged with overseeing grant funding and managing the business aspects of the center.
